Returns & Refund Policy
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date the item is delivered to the customer.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

No additional damage, misuse, or modifications

No signs of disassembly, repair, or attempted repair

In original packaging, where applicable

Industrial and electronic equipment is considered technically complex goods.
Industrial and Used Electronic Equipment
A significant portion of our inventory consists of industrial, professional, and/or used electronic equipment.
For such items, the following rules apply:

Items are sold as Used / Tested, unless otherwise stated in the product description

Returns for used or tested equipment are accepted only if the item is not as described

Returns are not accepted due to incompatibility, incorrect selection, buyer error, or improper installation

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please complete an approved return (if applicable) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If an order is shipped to the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason, where applicable under EU law.

Order Cancellation & Item Unavailability
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed immediately after cancellation and may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider
