Our online store provides international shipping of goods from Ukraine to most countries worldwide. We strive to ensure fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for all our customers.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship orders worldwide, except for countries and regions where delivery is not possible due to:

customs or legal regulations.
If delivery to your country is not possible, you will be notified before or immediately after placing your order.
3. Shipping Carriers
Delivery is carried out via international and national postal and courier services (such as national postal operators, express carriers, and logistics partners).
The specific shipping carrier may be selected by us based on:

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, selected carrier, and customs procedures.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to customs delays or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs:

are communicated to the customer after the order is placed (for oversized or non-standard items).
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost in case of a significant discrepancy between the estimated and actual shipping charges, with mandatory notification to the customer.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, the courier UPS may contact you by email to complete customs clearance.
Please provide a valid and active email address during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to:

customs fees.
All additional charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, the customer will be provided with a tracking number (if available from the selected carrier), which can be used to track the shipment status.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is delayed or lost:

We will assist in submitting an inquiry to the carrier; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
10. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a shipment with visible damage:
